ACCOMODATIONS:

The cost of the entire conference is $240 CND which includes accommodations for 2 nights (4 people/room), all meals and passes to all events. If you would like to upgrade your room, there will be an increase in cost to $313.34 (2 people/room) and $460.33 (for a single room).
*Accommodations are mandatory for all delegates attending the conference.

Part II - Payment

*Please note* that you must complete and submit BOTH the registration form and online payment for the registration process to be complete. Successful applicants will be notified within two (2) weeks of submission, once their applications have been appoved to ensure they meet the minimum requirements.
* Once a delegate's application has been approved, their conference fees are non-refundable, incuding in the event that the conference be cancelled.
